winning team including writer Tina Fey, composer Jeff Richmond, lyricist Nell Benjamin, and director-
choreographer Casey Nicholaw, the musical brings the beloved film’s razor-sharp wit to the stage.
Follow home-schooled Cady Heron as she navigates the treacherous social hierarchy of North Shore
High School and confronts the ruthless Plastics—Regina, Gretchen, and Karen. Filled with iconic
characters and killer songs, this production promises to be, in the words of Gretchen Wieners, “so

MARIKISCRYCRYCRY: GONER
This provocative solo performance at Salford’s Lowry Theatre follows the psychological journey of
the “Goner”—a figure doomed with no chance of survival. Through sensuous and fearsome
choreography, the work explores themes of Caribbean migration, alienation, belonging, addiction,
and violence.
Utilising the aesthetics of horror, creator Marikiscrycrycry establishes a Black tradition of horror for
the live context, asking how culturally specific narratives can be presented against a backdrop of
psychological terror.

ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS: THE MUSICAL
In this world premiere production (March 28-April 5), a stellar cast brings to life interwoven tales of
betrayal, blackmail, and homicide inspired by the Master of Suspense. Set during an ordinary day in
an average American city, the musical follows a paranoid housewife, a duplicitous jazz singer, a
witness to murder, an escaped convict, and a man on the edge.
The production features musical theatre royalty including Scarlett Strallen, Sally Ann Triplett, Nicola
Hughes, Gary Milner, and Damian Humbley. Directed by Tony Award-winner John Doyle with an
original score by Steven Lutvak and book by Jay Dyer, the show maintains Hitchcock’s trademark
